Longways for 8
| Lead up a double forward and back, four slips to the right, set and turn single. Lead down and as much. First and last couple fall back while the others meet and take hands, the second couple slip up and the third down, set and turn single. All this again to your places. |
| Side all, set and turn single. That again. First and third put your women by both hands back, the other going the contrary way. Fall into each others places, set and turn single. All that again the contrary way. |
| Arm all, set and turn single. That again. First man and second woman and third man and fourth woman meet and go back, take hands and go round once and a half changing places. The other four as much. All that again to your places. |
