First and third couple meet and fall back. The second and fourth as much.	First and third me take their woman by both hands and meet sideways. The first man take the third woman by both hands and slide through the fourth couple and cast off to your places, whilst the first woman and the third man do the like. The second and fourth couple the same.
This as before.	The second and fourth men change places with their women holding hands, whilst the first man and woman cross over and going on the outside under their arms, come the man into the woman place and the woman into the mans place, the third couple doing the like at the same time. Then the other four doing the like. Then the other four doing the like.
This as before.	Men go on the inside of your own women and on the outside of the next and so round to your places. Then the women as much.
